Quantitative Process

The objective of quantitative analysis is to remove the emotional bias from the investment process by means of filters, screens and searches that are based on statistical data.

MainStreet Advisors’ quantitative screening process relies on analysis of statistical data to make informed decisions.  After conducting various screens of our investment universe, a list of names is generated which comprise our buy list for possible inclusion in a portfolio.  This quantitative screening process is conducted on a monthly basis to ensure that the best possible candidates are included in our buy list of securities.
