Dividend Income Strategy

Overview

The Dividend Income strategy seeks capital appreciation, a dividend yield 50% – 100% higher than the broad equity market and a compound annual dividend growth rate in excess of the broad equity market. The investment selection process is driven by bottom-up security selection and designed to produce a low turnover portfolio focused on companies with a strong record of increasing dividends, the potential to consistently generate sustainable free cash flows and reasonable leverage ratios.
